Well this is the one you’ve all been waiting for. Indecent Exposure! While not so much strange as it is funny that it had to be made into a law, it covers just about everything that deals with sex that you would think of outside of hugging and kissing.

No intercourse, no sexual conduct, no nudity, and no fondling of genitals. All of these classify as Class A misdemeanors. They jump to a Class D felonies, however, once someone under 16 is in the area.

This law even applies if you’re in a non-public place and you have the “intent” for others not involved to see you commit sexual acts. Creepy, no? Sounds a little like “Witnessing Love.” People who want others to watch them can move to Cali, Columbia.

Men can’t even have erections, which sometimes can’t be helped. Even if not aroused, sometimes they come without warning and it can be hard to hide. Anyway, aside from the awkward tension I’ve just created, just remember to look out for the Procreation Police when making out with your girlfriend in Indiana.
